How to Buy
- Call or e-mail your request to us. Click here to contact us.
- If you see something on the site that you want to order, we will send a small sample OVERNIGHT for you to feel the quality. This sample is sent when you are ready to make a decision only. Carpets in the distribution center do not stay for extended periods of time, so timing and prompt action are critical to select the desired color.
- Upon receipt of the sample, if you want the carpet, we will fax you an invoice to include the freight to your location.
- Upon receipt of payment, S.G.Sales Company Inc. will ship the carpeting the same day we receive payment, if that is before the freight line pickup for that day. Otherwise, the shipment will go out the next business day.
- We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, certified bank checks, money orders, company checks, and personal checks. The quicker we receive the payment, the quicker the product is shipped.
- We will then process a paid in full invoice upon posting of the payment and the final bill of laden is signed.
