How to Buy

1. Get the measurements for your space. Square footage is Length X Width of the room. To calculate square yards, divide your total square footage by 9.

Example: If your room is 12 feet wide and 14 feet long:

12 feet x 14 feet = 168 square feet       

168 square feet / 9 = 18.67 square yards

2. Go to www.lotsofcarpet.com to browse our catalog for products with enough in stock to complete your project. We never require you to buy entire lots of anything, if you need one piece or 500, we will quote you. Once you have found one that you are interested in, you can either fill out the Request for Quote Form on the bottom of the individual product page and one of our Sales representatives will quote you via email, or you can call toll free 1-877-475-2204 with the product code number of your choice, and get quoted right on the phone.

3. Once you have been quoted, and all your questions answered you should ask about  ordering a sample pack for color verification. This is VERY important, as all sales are final. We do have a zero return policy and do not offer refunds. We use the best software and equipment possible to take the best quality photographs, however, we have no control over how each one looks over different monitors. Sample packs include 4 samples, all of which will be placed on an immediate 48 hour hold to ensure that you get first buying option if you chose the overnight shipping method. You will have to pay for the Fed Ex shipping charge up front.

4. Upon receipt of your samples, please review as soon as possible and make your selection. Contact your sales representative immediately, even if it is after hours, you can send an email, or call 1-877-475-2204 and leave a message, so that they can start processing your order first thing upon opening the next day.

5. Most orders paid for by 12pm EST ship same day unless otherwise instructed. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, certified and personal checks, and wire transfers. Please note if using an uncertified check, product will not ship until the check clears our bank. Invoices can be sent immediately with email, faxed, or mailed. There is a 3% processing charge included in all quotes.
